Sorry, that's not the right answer!
Correct answer is: Sweet print
Excellent! that is the right answer.
Sweet print
Common term in Switzerland (also sweet expression, French: pressé doux) for a light red rosé wine. This is pressed before or after a short (a few hours), unfinished maceration and the must is separated from the skins. The "sweet" only refers to the must that is still sweet after pressing, as the wine is matured dry. It corresponds to the types Gleichgepresster (Austria), Kretzer (South Tyrol), Vin gris (France) and Weißherbst (Germany).
