The "Wein & Sektgut Stefan Breuer" is located in the municipality of Eltville Rauenthal in the German wine-growing region of Rheingau. It was founded in 2006 by Stefan Breuer with one hectare of vineyards. The vineyards in Germany cover 9.5 hectares in the Rheingau (Erbach, Geisenheim, Johannisberg, Lorch) and Rheinhessen (Groß-Winternheim), planted with the white wine varieties Riesling, Silvaner, Bacchus, Pinot Gris (Pinot Gris), Pinot Blanc, Rivaner (Müller-Thurgau), Muskateller and Scheurebe, as well as the red wine varieties Pinot Noir, Frühburgunder, Blauer Portugieser and Dornfelder. In addition, 0.5 hectares in the Italian Piedmont are cultivated with Barbera, as well as 0.5 hectares in the Spanish Rioja with Garnacha Tinta and Tempranillo. 80% of the red wines are matured in barriques or double barrels. The white wines, after chilled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, are usually stored on the fine lees until July. The premium wines include "Two Faces Schlossberg", "Two Faces Spätburgunder R", as well as a Riesling sparkling wine bottle-fermented from ice wine.
