Description (also lively, refreshing) for a wine in a wine speech. These are mostly dry wines with fresh, harmonious acidity. Related, also positively connotated terms are crisp, acid accentuated, play (acid play) and steel. A too high or inharmonic proportion is described with the negative connotations of angular or acidic. See also under tangy.
