In the test for the award of the official test number, smell, taste and harmony are evaluated according to a 5-point system. Harmony (Grch-lat. Fügung) or harmonious is understood to mean the positive interaction of aroma and taste in a wine approach. In combination with optimal alcohol content, this is called the sweet spot.
