The winery is located in the municipality of Arbesthal in the Carnuntum wine-growing region of Lower Austria. It has been run by the Ott family for several generations. The cellar dates back to the 17th century. The vineyards cover eight hectares of vines in the Altenberg, Gabler, Goldberg, Juppen, Hagelsberg, Kräften and Stuhlwerker vineyards. Half of the vineyards are planted with the white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay and Welschriesling, and half with the red wine varieties Zweigelt, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Syrah and Blauer Portugieser. The premium wines of the house include Blauer Zweigelt-Rubin Carnuntum, the red wine cuvée "Pas de deux" (Zweigelt, Pinot Noir), Merlot Reserve, Grüner Veltliner and Chardonnay. Sweet wines, brandies and bottle-fermented sparkling wine are also produced.
