Whole grape pressing is followed by cool fermentation. The wines are mainly matured in stainless steel and a small part in large wooden barrels. ungrafted A speciality is the "Riesling vom roten Schiefer" (Riesling from the red slate) from 75 to 100-year-old vines from the Schweicher Annaberg site.
