Producer description of "Weingut Ökonomierat Rebholz"

The winery is located in the municipality of Siebeldingen (Südliche Weinstraße area) in the German wine-growing region of Pfalz. Eduard Rebholz and his son Hans are regarded in the Southern Palatinate as quality pioneers for fully fermented, dry wines. Since 1978, Hansjörg Rebholz and his wife Birgit have been responsible for the third generation. Their sons Hans and Valentin are studying viticulture and oenology. The vineyard area covers 22 hectares in the VDP Grossen Lagen Kastanienbusch, Mandelberg (Birkweiler) and Im Sonnenschein with the Gewann or cadastral site Ganshorn (Siebeldingen), as well as VDP "Erste Lagen" Rosenberg (Arzheim), Latt (Albersweiler), Münzberg (Godramstein) and Biengarten (Frankweiler).
