Styrian mixing set

A term commonly used in Styria (Austria) (also Altsteirischer Mischsatz) for a mixed set. However, it has no legal meaning in terms of wine law. The typical grape varieties arePinot Gris (Grauburgunder), Grüner Hainer, Weißer Heunisch(Gouais Blanc), Morillon, Mosler(Furmint), Sauvignon Blanc, Traminer and Weißburgunder(Pinot Blanc), which are harvested and processed together. The actual blend is handled individually by the winegrowers.
