Weinland Ariane Abayan

The wine import and distributor company "Weinland Ariane Abayan" was founded in 1984 in Hamburg and has specialized from the beginning on for wines from Italy and South Africa. Furthermore, the portfolio is completed by wines from selected wineries in Bulgaria, France and Spain, as well as overseas in Argentina, Chile and New Zealand. Among others, there are contracts with the wineries Antinori and Masi (Italy), Barón de Ley (Spain), as well as Boschendal and Vergelegen (South Africa).

In accordance with the company's philosophy, the company sees itself as an ambassador for the wines. Customers are offered the opportunity to get to know the winemakers personally at special events such as trade fairs, winemakers dinners, vertical tastings or parties and to get an impression of the wide range of the assortment with all its new products. Several times a year, wine trips to the most important producers are organised especially for customers. In addition, advertising measures, events and bar campaigns of the assortment are supported. These can be information and promotional material, personalised wine cards, posters, table displays etc., bar products and presenters for wine events. The company is a subsidiary of Wein Wolf, which was acquired by Hawesko Holding AG in 2000.
