The "Bodegas Montalvo Wilmot Pago los Cerrillos" winery is located in the municipality of Argamasilla de Alba (province of Ciudad Real) in the Spanish region of Castilla-La Mancha. The winery dates back to the late 19th century and was restored in 2000. Located just a few kilometres from the "Lagunas de Ruidera" nature park, the estate covers 300 hectares. A country hotel is attached. There is also a sheep farm with 1,600 sheep, some of which also graze in the "Pago Los Cerrillos" area. Various types of cheese are produced from the unpasteurised raw milk.

The "Pago los Cerrillos" vineyards next to the Peñarroya reservoir cover 40 hectares of vines at 700 metres above sea level on limestone, marl and clay soils. They are surrounded by hills and have the River Guadiana flowing through them. The red wine varieties Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Syrah are cultivated. Yields are reduced to a maximum of 7,500 to 10,000 kilos per hectare through thinning out. The area was classified as the highest Spanish wine quality level Vino de Pago according to the rules of the international ISO 9001 standard (quality management) in 2019.
