The winery "Leopold & Wolfgang Hagn Hundschupfenkellerei" is located in the municipality of Mailberg in the wine-growing region of Weinviertel in Lower Austria. A restaurant was opened in July 2009. The Hagn family, rich in tradition, has been based in Mailberg for 300 years. The business is run by the brothers Leopold and Wolfgang Hagn, who are assisted by their sons Leopold jr. and Wolfgang jr. The vineyards cover around 35 hectares in the Altenpoint, Atlaßbergen, Hochlüssen, Hundschupfen, Kraith, Rosenpoint and Zuckerschlee vineyards. They are planted with the white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay, Welschriesling, Muskateller, Sauvignon Blanc, as well as with the red wine varieties Pinot Noir, Zweigelt, Blauburger, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
