Augusta Luise

The white grape variety (also Augusta Suisse, Breider 48-12-8) is a new variety between winning vine x unknown variety according to DNA analyses published in 2012. The paternity of Cyperne grape(Mavro?) stated in the breeding list turned out to be wrong. The crossing was carried out in 1948 by Hans Breider (1908-2000) at the State Institute for Viticulture in Würzburg. The vine is used as table grape.
