However, this must be seen in context and can refer to alcohol content, aroma, colour, taste, body, acidity and structure. Related terms are alcoholic, dense, extract-rich, full-bodied, powerful, heavy and bulky. Opposite or negative terms of powerful are emaciated, thin, bland and hollow.
