extractive

Description (also extract-full, extract-strong, substantial) for the positive overall impression in the context of a wine rating or wine address. The wine is characterized by a high and balanced content of total extract (all soluble substances except for water, volatile acids and alcohol). With a high content of extract and alcohol, one speaks of full-bodied, whereby the two terms are also considered equivalent. Related terms are dense, powerful and mighty.
