The white grape variety (also UD-55.100) is an interspecific new variety between Sauvignon Blanc x Bianca. It contains genes from Vitis berlandieri, Vitis rupestris and Vitis vinifera. The hybrid was crossed in Italy in 2002 by the breeders Simone Diego Castellarin, Guido Cipriani and Gabriele Di Gaspero. The medium maturing vine is resistant to both types of mildew but somewhat susceptible to botrytis. No stock was recorded in 2010 (statistics Kym Anderson).
