The white grape variety is a new breed between ((Kunbarat x Traminer) x Bianca)) x Riesling. Incidentally, the same parents also produced the new variety Panonia. The crossing was done in Serbia by the breeders P. Cindric, N. Korac and V. Kovac. The variety protection was granted in 2003. The late-ripening vine is resistant to botrytis and downy mildew, as well as frost. It produces fresh, aromatic white wines similar to Sauvignon Blanc. The variety is one of the most successful Serbian new varieties and is cultivated in the Valjevo area with increasing tendency. In 2016, 34 hectares of vineyards were reported (Kym Anderson statistics).
