DOC area for red wines and white wines in the Italian region or island of Sicily. The high classification from former IGT to DOC was made in 2011, and the zone includes the municipality of Buseto Palizzolo in its entirety, as well as parts of Castellammare del Golfo, Custonaci, Erice, Paceco, Trapani and Valderice in the province of Trapani.

The pure variety wines must contain at least 85% of the respective variety, a maximum of 15% can be other approved ones. The eight white wines are Ansonica(Inzolia), Catarratto(Catarratto Bianco), Chardonnay, Greganico(Garganega), Grillo, Moscato di Alessandria or Zibibbo(Muscat d'Alexandrie), Müller-Thurgau and Sauvignon(Sauvignon Blanc). The six red wines are Cabernet Sauvignon, Calabrese(Nero d'Avola), Frappato, Merlot, Pignatello(Perricone) and Syrah.
