Crémant de Savoie

Appellation for Crémant in the French wine-growing region of Savoie. The sparkling wine is made from at least 40% Jacquère and Altesse (together maximum 60%), as well as a maximum of 40% Chardonnay. In addition, Aligoté and Mondeuse Blanche are permitted, as well as Chasselas and Molette exclusively for the department of Haute-Savoie.
