Synonyms are Antiboulen, Antiboulene, Antibouren, Antibourin, Rosseis, Tiboulen, Tiboulin, Tibouren Noir (France); Rossese, Rossese di Dolceacqua, Rossese di Ventimiglia, Rossese Nericcio, Rossese Nero, Rossese Rosso, Rossese Ventimiglia (Italy).
