Parmak Cerven

The white grape variety originates from the border region of Bulgaria and Turkey. Synonyms are Ak Parmak, Alulu, Bolgar Rozovyi, Chervonyi Bolgar, Parmak Cajvan, Parmak Cherven, Parmak Crveni, Parmak Tcherven and Rose Menna de Vacca. It must not be confused with the morphologically similar variety Dimyat. The variety was a crossing partner in the new Attila and Hindenburg breedings, and a parent in the presumably natural crosses Coarnă Rosie and Opsimo Edessis. It is used as a table grape.
