Nectar

According to Greek legend, a drink of the gods that gives eternal youth or immortality. The equivalent in food is ambrosia. In botany, nectary is the name of the honey gland in flowers that attracts insects and thus causes fertilisation. For wines, this is often used as a brand name. Examples are the name used in Hungary for Eszencia, the highest level of Tokay, and in Greece for the best variety of Samos.
