The white grape variety (also Fresno 18-94) is an extremely complex new variety. The varieties Calmeria, Cardinal, Molinera, Muscat d'Alexandrie, Tifafihi Ahmer and Thompson Seedless (Sultana) were involved. The cross was made in 1973 in the USA by the breeder John H. Weinberger. The variety is mainly used as table grape. In 2016, a stock of 230 hectares was reported in Mexico (statistics Kym Anderson).
