Delight

The white grape variety (Eng. Delight, Joy, Pleasure) is a new breed between Queen of the Vineyards x Sultanina (Sultana), which was confirmed in 2017 through DNA analyses. Synonyms include California 1220F21, De Light, and Dilajt. The crossbreeding took place in 1936 at the Agricultural Experiment Station of the University of California by Dr. Harold P. OlmoOlmo Harold (1909-2006). The vine is used as a table grape and is cultivated worldwide.
