The winery is located in the municipality of Pünderich ( Bernkastel area) in the German Moselle wine-growing region. The old estate building dating from 1663 is located directly on the banks of the Moselle with a view of the vineyards. The wine cellar is located in the higher part of Pünderich and was expanded in 2024 to include a wine press hall and another barrel cellar. The business was taken over by Johannes Busch from his parents Rita and Clemens Busch in 2022.

Vineyards

The vineyards cover 20 hectares of vines, mainly in the single vineyard sites Marienburg (in the parcels Fahrlay, Fahrlay-Terrassen, Falkenlay, Felsterrasse, Raffes and Rothenpfad) and Nonnengarten (Pünderich). They are 99% planted with the white wine variety Riesling, as well as a small amount of Pinot Noir.
