Regional appellation in Burgundy within the Côte Chalonnaise area for red, rosé and white wines. The vineyards between Chagny and Saint-Gengoux-le-National, 40 km long and 5 to 8 km wide, cover 500 hectares of vines in 44 communes in the department of Saône-et-Loire.
