Black Monukka

The red grape variety is a new variety between Ichkimar x Sultanina (Sultana), which was confirmed by DNA analyses carried out in 2018. Synonyms are Anja, Anja seedless, Anja seedless, Black Monucca, Monucca, Monukka, Sultanina Nera and Sultanine Noire. The crossing took place in the USA. The vine was a crossing partner of the new varieties Attika Seedless and Pardina. It is used as table grape. No stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson).
