Amselkeller

Brand name for medium sweet aged Spanish red wine, rosé wine and white wine from the Spanish DO region of Valencia, created by the German company Racke. The brand wine was created with deliberate name and label similarity to the Amselfelder brand from Kosovo, when this wine could no longer be exported due to the embargo imposed on Yugoslavia in 1993 (this then applied until 2001). The brand name was sold by Racke to the French company Grands Chais de France in 2008.

There is a vast number of sources on the web where one can acquire knowledge about wine. But none has the scope, timeliness and accuracy of the information in the encyclopaedia at wein.plus. I use it regularly and rely on it.
