DOC area for white wines (only from 2012) and red wines in the Italian region of Umbria The zone includes the municipality of Baschi and the town of Orvieto with the districts of Corbara (the Tiber dam that gives the area its name), Fossatello, Prodo and Titgnano in the province of Terni.

The Bianco is made from 60% Grechetto(Grechetto di Orvieto or Grechetto di Todi = Pignatello?) and/or Sauvignon(Sauvignon Blanc) and a maximum of 40% of other authorised varieties. The Rosso is blended in any use of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Nero(Pinot Noir) and Sangiovese (to 70%), as well as other approved varieties (max. 30%).
