Königsfels

single vineyard in the municipality of Schloßböckelheim in the German wine-growing region of Nahe. The south-west to south-east facing vineyards at 145 to 230 metres above sea level with a slope of 10 to 60% cover ten hectares of vineyards. The soils consist of stony-gritty loam and partly volcanic rock scree. The white wine varieties Riesling and Müller-Thurgau are cultivated here. The Anheuser Paul, Bamberger Christian, Hehner-Kiltz, Hexamer Helmut, Korrell Johanneshof and Racknitz wineries, for example, have shares in the site.
