The white grape variety originates from Italy. The parentage is unknown. A direct descendant is the variety Lacrima di Maria. Graeco is also a synonym for the grape variety Malvasia di Lipari. Graeco is used as a wine gra pe and table grape. No stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson statistics).
