The winery is located in Saint-Émilion in the area of the same name (Bordeaux). It was sold by the Quantin family to Pierre Becot in 1942. Today it is owned by the Berjal family, who are related to Becot. After classifications (first in 1955) and subsequent declassifications, the estate was reclassified as "Grand Cru Classé" in 2012. The vineyards cover 3.3 hectares and are planted with Merlot (79%) and Cabernet Franc (21%). The long-lasting red wine is matured for 12 to 22 months in barriques, half of which are new.
