Trepat Blanc

The white grape variety comes from Spain. According to DNA analyses carried out in 2009, the red variety Trepat is not a colour mutation (or vice versa). It produces white wines with aromas of apples and honey. The almost extinct variety was reactivated in the Priorato area (Catalonia region). There it is used as a blend, but is also cultivated as a single variety. It does not (yet) appear in the register of varieties.
