Tinta Fontes

The red grape variety originates from Portugal. Synonyms are Tinta Miúda de Fontes and Tinta Miúda Fontes. According to DNA analyses carried out in 2020, it comes from a presumably natural cross between Arinto x Trousseau Noir. Nothing is known about a possible genetic relationship with the Graciano variety (with the synonym Tinta Fontes). No stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson statistics).
