Sugar dissolver

Container for stirring the beet sugar (crystal sugar) in the grape must or wine during dry sugaring to increase the alcohol content. It is equipped with a stirrer or homogenizer which rotates in a housing by means of an impeller. This accelerates the dissolving of the sugar. See also under enrichment.
