Producers and Wine Reviews about the "Rosso di Cerignola DOC"
DOC area for red wine in the Italian region of Apulia. The zone includes the municipalities of Cerignola, Stornara, Stornarella and part of Ascoli Satriano in the province of Foggia. The wine is blended from Uva di Troia = Nero di Troia (zum. 55%), Negroamaro (15-30%), as well as any use of Sangiovese, Barbera, Montepulciano, Malbech = Cot and Trebbiano Toscano (max. 15%). There is also a Riserva with a longer maturing period and higher alcohol content.
