The vineyards, which are oriented from west to southeast with slopes ranging from 0 to 40%, cover around 80 hectares of vineyards on strongly calcareous loess soils. Burgundy varieties are cultivated here in particular. Members of the cooperative and the winery, for example, have shares in the site.
