The large co-operative association and winery in the municipality of Breisach ( Kaiserstuhl area) in the Baden wine-growing region of Germany was founded in 1952 and was called "Zentralkellerei Badischer Winzergenossenschaften" at the time. The people in charge are Axel Hahn (Sales/Marketing Director) and Wilfried Dörr (Production/Oenology Director). The first own winery from 1970 was replaced by a new building on the outskirts of Breisach in 1982. The new winery was built according to the latest standards and has been constantly adapted to the latest developments. The production capacity is around 100 million litres of must and wine.
