Pergolone

The red grape variety originates from Italy. Synonyms are Pergola Rossa, S. Franc, San Francisco and Sanc. California. The parentage is unknown. However, Pergolone is also a synonym for the grape varieties Afus Ali and Olivette Noire; nothing is known about a possible genetic relationship. No stock was recorded in 2016 (Kym Anderson).
