The winery is located in the municipality of Langegg-St. Stefan at the foot of the Reinischkogel in the Austrian wine-growing region of Western Styria. Attached is a "Buschenschank" and guest rooms. The estate is managed by Walter Lazarus. The daughter of the house was the Styrian Wine Queen Helene l from 1992 to 1994. The vineyards cover almost ten hectares of vines at 570 metres above sea level. The Schilcherrebe Blauer Wildbacher clearly dominates with over 90%, the rest is shared by the varieties Gelber Muskateller, Morillon, Rivaner, Sämling 88, Weißburgunder, Welschriesling and Sauvignon Blanc. The premium wines are Schilcher Klassik, Schilcher Kabinett Elegance and Schilcher Kabinett Harmonie. There is also produced Schilcher sparkling wine and Frizzante, grape juice and noble brandy. The winery is a member of the Schilcher-protection association Weißes Pferd.
