The winery "Ökologischer Weinbau Kraemer" is located in the municipality of Auernhofen (Maindreieck area) in the German wine-growing region of Franconia. It is run by Hermann and Stepan Krämer. On 75 hectares of arable land, mainly bread grain, vegetables, legumes and clovers are cultivated. Holiday flats are also offered. With the purchase of recultivated land in the Tauber valley, viticulture was also started in 1984. Since 1990, the entire farm has been managed according to ecological criteria in accordance with the guidelines of the organic association Naturland.

The vineyards cover about four hectares of vineyards in the single vineyards Hasennestle (Tauberzell) and Feuerstein (Röttingen). They are planted with the white wine varieties Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau, Johanniter, Bacchus and Riesling, as well as with the red wine varieties Regent and Schwarzriesling. For basic wines, grapes are bought from certified organic colleagues from the Steigerwald (Bacchus, Scheurebe). The winery and bottle storage are located in historic old buildings on the farm.
