Dona Joaquina

The white grape variety is a new cross between Muscat d'Alexandrie x Tamarez. The cross was made in Portugal by grower José Leão Ferreira de Almeida. It is cultivated in the Centro region. In 2016, 11 hectares of vineyards were designated (Kym Anderson statistics).
