Bonarda Grande

The red grape variety originates from Italy. The parentage is unknown. There is no Bonarda Grande in the VIVC catalogue or in Wine Grapes. Kym Anderson 's statistics show a total of 536 hectares of vineyards under this name in 2000, mainly in the regions of Molise and Sardinia. See also under Bonarda.
