Term (also everyday wine, consumption wine, drinking wine, tap wine) for a simple but faultless wine without special quality, which is usually intended for quick drinking pleasure. In former times, the term " Zechen " was used to describe a generally pronounced to excessive consumption of alcohol in company. There are, however, a large number of other names, none of which, however, have any significance in wine law. See also under mass wine, draught wine and bulk wine.
