It also represents all professional groups involved in wine production and wine marketing. It also analyses market developments and implements the promotion of the wine industry by the French government and the European Union. At the end of December 2005, ONIVINS and ONIFLHOR merged to form VINIFLHOR (Office National Interprofessionnel de Fruits, des Légumes, des Vins et de l'Horticulture).
