Mühlenberg

single vineyard (also Im Mühlberg) in the municipality of Roxheim in the German wine-growing region of Nahe, which lies in the middle of the single vineyard Höllenpfad. The vineyards, which face southwest to southeast, are situated at an altitude of 150 to 200 metres above sea level with a slope gradient of 15 to 50%. They cover eight hectares of vineyards on slightly to heavily sandy loamy soils with Rotliegend subsoil. Riesling is the main grape grown here. The Dönnhoff Hermann winery, for example, has shares in the site.
