Marienholz

single vineyard in the municipality of Eitelsbach (Ruwertal area) in the German Moselle wine-growing region. The south to southwest facing vineyards with a slope of 20 to 40% cover 30.5 hectares. The shallow to medium-textured slate weathered soils are interspersed with sloping loam. Riesling is the main variety cultivated here. Shares in the site are held, for example, by the Bischöfliche Weingüter Trier and Erben von Beulwitz wineries.
