Liem Peter

US wine writer Peter Liem worked in the wine trade before his career. After a brief period as editor of the online wine portal "Riesling Report" from 2000 to 2002, he began working for Wine & Spirits magazine in 2004 as a senior editor and wine critic for Germany, Alsace, Loire and Austria. Having been particularly interested in Champagne for some time, he moved to the Champagne region in 2006. Since 2009 he has been editor and author of the online portal "ChampagneGuide.net" for wines and producers from Champagne. He regularly contributes to San Francisco Chronicle, World of Fine Wine and Zester Daily.
