Kaiserspritzer

Name used in Austria for various mixed wine drinks. The standard recipe: spray white wine with the same amount of soda water and, if necessary, add a reddish tint of elderberry juice. Another recipe: mix two parts of Sturm (half-fermented must) with three parts of sparkling wine. See also under Sprayed, mixture and wine-based drinks.
