Grober Veltliner

The white grape variety (also Grobe Veltliner) is a mutation of Roter Veltliner. The variety is still cultivated in very small stands in Austria. In 2016, however, no stocks were reported (Kym Anderson). See also under Veltliner.

Serious sources on the internet are rare - and Wine lexicon from wein.plus is one such source. When researching for my articles, I regularly consult the wein.plus encyclopaedia. There I get reliable and detailed information.
