Producer description of "Weingut Emmerich"

The winery is located in the town of Iphofen (Steigerwald / Schwanberger Land area) in the German wine-growing region of . Ancestors were already cultivating vines and making wines in the 18th century. The traditional family business is run by the fifth generation of Irmgard and Werner Emmerich. The sixth generation, with Silvia, Milan, Heike and Martin, is waiting in the wings, so to speak. A new winery with guest rooms was opened on the southern edge of Iphofen in 2000. According to the company's motto, the variety of sites with their respective , the varieties and the individual character of each are to be reflected in the wines.
